MRI Support will be providing private consultation hours for clients at Ascend Cleveland. Experienced Support Analysts representing Commercial, Residential, and Affordable property management will be available for 30 minute appointments to assist with resolving any outstanding cases or discussing any other support related matters.

Appointments run for a maximum duration of 30 minutes. Due to high demand appointments will be booked in the order in which the request was received.

Once an appointment is scheduled you will you receive a confirmation email with your Analyst's name, an appointment time, and meeting location.

We ask that you arrive early to your appointment as times cannot be extended. If for some reason you can no longer attend your appointment please send a cancellation note by responding to the confirmation email.
